Services

Five disciplines. One job: qualified conversations.

We’re not a full-service agency and we don’t try to be. These five things are what actually move revenue, and they’re what we do. Each one stands alone; together they compound.

01 · Direct Response Marketing

Campaigns you can trace to a quote.

Offers, landing pages, email sequences and lead capture built to make a specific buyer raise their hand. Every asset carries one tracked call to action, and every month you see — in plain English — what produced conversations and what didn’t.

  • Campaign strategy & offer design
  • Landing pages & conversion copywriting
  • Lifecycle email & lead nurture
  • Lead capture, call tracking & CRM routing
  • Attribution & monthly reporting

02 · Branding & Positioning

A reason to choose you that survives procurement.

Quality, service and experience aren’t differentiators — every competitor claims all three. We find the thing you can actually defend, write it down so everyone tells the same story, then build an identity and a website that look like the supplier a buyer can justify choosing.

  • Positioning & messaging architecture
  • Visual identity & brand system
  • Website design & build on WordPress
  • Capability decks & sales collateral
  • A short, usable brand guide

03 · Story Branding

Your customer is the hero. You’re the guide.

Nobody reads a story they’re not in — and most industrial websites are a story about the company. We rewrite your message in the seven-part structure every story runs on: the customer’s problem first, you as the guide with a plan, a clear ask, and what’s at stake. One page that fixes every other page.

  • The story script — your message on one page
  • A one-liner anyone in the company can say
  • Website copy & wireframe in story order
  • Sales deck, one-pager & email sequence
  • Talking points for the phone and the booth

04 · Podcast Production

The only cold outreach people thank you for.

Your best prospects won’t take a sales call. They will take a seat on a podcast. We build and run shows where the guest list is your target account list — handled end to end, so your only job is to show up and talk. You get the relationship, the recording, and a month of content from every episode.

  • Show strategy, format & naming
  • Guest sourcing built around your target accounts
  • Recording, editing & distribution
  • Video, clips, articles & social from every episode
  • A warm reason for sales to follow up

05 · Tradeshow Marketing

Stop paying six figures for a stack of business cards.

Most companies fail at trade shows because they show up without a system. We build one: the right prospects know you’re coming before the doors open, your booth team knows exactly what to say, and every lead is followed up within 48 hours until it’s a quote or a clear no.

  • Pre-show outreach & appointment setting
  • Booth team training & proven scripts
  • On-site lead capture & working the floor
  • Post-show follow-up, CRM routing & retargeting
  • Reusable assets for every show after this one

How we work

Ninety days to evidence.

You shouldn’t have to sign a year-long agreement to learn whether an agency can help you. Our engagements are built so you have real data — not a mood — by the end of the first quarter.

Get straight on the number

Before anything gets designed, we agree on what success is: the accounts you want, the value of a closed one, and how long your cycle really takes. If your CRM can’t tell us where last year’s best customer came from, fixing that is step one.

Build the offer

Not a brochure — an offer. Something specific enough that a design engineer with a real problem will trade an email address for it. A materials comparison, a tolerance guide, a teardown, a calculator, a conversation with someone who’s solved it before.

Put it in front of the right buyers

Paid media against a named account list, a podcast that gets you in the room, trade placements where your buyers already read, and email that follows up like a person instead of a sequence. All of it pointed at one tracked action.

Report, cut, compound

Every month you see what produced conversations and what didn’t, in the plainest terms we can write it. Losers get cut without ceremony. Winners get more budget. That loop is the entire job.

Straight answers

The questions you’re actually asking.

Something not covered here? Ask us directly — we’d rather answer it now than after a contract.

How much does this cost?

Most of our programs run as a monthly retainer, sized to the scope you actually need rather than a fixed package. A single-service engagement — say, podcast production or a paid media program — starts meaningfully lower than a full direct response build covering strategy, creative, media and reporting. We’ll give you a real number on the first call, before you’ve spent anything, and we’d rather tell you we’re too expensive for the stage you’re at than sell you a diluted version.

We’ve been burned by an agency before. Why is this different?

Fair. The usual failure mode is an agency that reports on activity because activity is easier to produce than results. Two things change that here: we agree on the metric before we build anything, and we structure the first 90 days as a proof window rather than a ramp. If the evidence isn’t there at the end of it, you’ll know, because you’ll be looking at the same report we are.

Our sales cycle is eighteen months. Can you really measure anything?

Yes — you just can’t measure closed revenue that fast, and any agency promising you can is guessing. What we measure early are the leading indicators that reliably precede revenue in long-cycle industrial selling: qualified conversations created, target accounts engaged, RFQs and sample requests, and movement of named accounts from cold to active. Then we keep the attribution intact so that when a deal does close eighteen months out, you can still see where it started.

Do we have to do all four services?

No. Plenty of clients start with one — most often a podcast or a single paid campaign — because it’s the lowest-risk way to see how we work. The services compound when they run together, but they’re built to stand alone and we’ll tell you which one gives you the most leverage first.

Do you work with companies outside composites?

Often. Composites is where we have the deepest domain knowledge and where our ramp-up time is close to zero, but the underlying work — direct response built for technical buyers and long cycles — transfers cleanly to most industrial manufacturing. If your buyers are engineers and procurement, we’re on familiar ground.

Who actually does the work?

The people you meet on the call. We’re a small shop by design, which means you’re not handed to a junior team after signing, and it also means we take on a limited number of clients at a time. If we’re full, we’ll say so rather than stretch.

What do you need from us?

Less than you’d think, but not nothing. We need access to someone who knows your customers — usually a sales leader or an engineer — for a couple of hours a month, and we need honest access to your CRM data. The engagements that underperform are almost always the ones where marketing was kept at arm’s length from sales.

Let’s talk

Let’s find out if your marketing can actually move a number.

Book a 30-minute strategy call. We’ll look at what you’re spending, where your qualified leads actually come from today, and whether we’re the right shop to help. If we’re not, we’ll say so and point you somewhere better.

No pitch deck. No 12-month contract to find out if it works.
