Podcast Production

The only cold outreach people thank you for.

Your prospects won’t take a sales call. They will take a seat on a podcast. We build and run shows for manufacturers where the guest list is the target account list.

The idea

A show is the only cold outreach people thank you for.

Manufacturing is a relationship business with a discovery problem. The people who could specify your product are reachable in theory and unreachable in practice — they ignore cold email, they are not clicking your ads, and they will not take a meeting with a supplier they have never heard of.

A podcast inverts that. You are no longer asking for their time; you are offering them a platform. Guests say yes at rates that make outbound teams jealous, and the conversation you have is the one you wanted to have anyway — about their problems, in their language, with you positioned as the person who understands them.

The recording is almost a byproduct. The relationship is the asset. The content library you build along the way is what keeps working after the call ends.

What’s included

Show strategy

Format, name, length, cadence and — most importantly — who the show exists to get you in a room with. We build the guest list from your target accounts.

Guest sourcing & booking

Outreach, scheduling, prep briefs and reminders. Your only job is to show up having read a one-page brief.

Recording & direction

Remote or on-site. We handle the technical side and, when it helps, sit in to keep the conversation useful rather than polite.

Editing & mastering

Clean audio, tight edits, music and mix. Nothing that sounds like it was recorded in a conference room, because it will not have been.

Distribution

Apple, Spotify, YouTube and the rest, plus show notes, transcripts and a podcast page on your own site that you own.

Repurposing

Vertical clips, a written article, newsletter copy and social posts from every episode. One recording, a month of content.

Is this you?

A show tends to pay for itself when…

  • The people you need to reach are identifiable and finite — hundreds of accounts, not millions of consumers
  • Someone at your company is genuinely curious and can hold a conversation for forty-five minutes
  • Your sales cycle is long enough that relationships built now matter later
  • You are already creating content but none of it is compounding

It is a poor fit if nobody internally can commit to showing up consistently, or if the expectation is download numbers. Downloads are the least interesting thing a B2B podcast produces — we would rather report on who came on the show and what happened next.

Podcasting as business development

The best cold outreach is an invitation to be a guest.

A VP of Engineering will not take your sales call. She will absolutely spend forty-five minutes talking about the problem she’s known for — on the record, with her name on it.

We build and run shows for manufacturers where the guest list is the target account list. You get the relationship, the recording, and a year of clips, articles and email content out of every episode. Handled end to end — you show up and talk.

Let’s talk

Let’s find out if your marketing can actually move a number.

Book a 30-minute strategy call. We’ll look at what you’re spending, where your qualified leads actually come from today, and whether we’re the right shop to help. If we’re not, we’ll say so and point you somewhere better.

No pitch deck. No 12-month contract to find out if it works.
